| We are a not for profit self-supported service unit of the University. No grants or other funds are allocated for the operation of this unit. All costs including salaries, benefits, equipment, materials, and the space we occupy on campus, are paid for solely by the patronage of our customers. As part of the University, our services are designed specifically for the UCSC campus. Unlike private copy shops that are free to draw their customers from anywhere including our campus, we cannot. Our existence and survival depends on the collective support of the students, faculty, staff, and campus offices of UCSC. We are loyal to our customers. We will always strive to give our customers the very best service possible. |
